Directions: Apply an ample amount of conditioner to your hair. Start from the ends and work your way up to the roots. Leave in for 15-30 minutes and rinse. Placing a plastic cap on your hair while sitting under a hooded dryer will be amazing to deliver nutrients deep into the hair strands.  Your hair will be amazingly soft and nourished.
