Directions:  Stir product well from bottom up with spoon that's included. (cup is no longer included ) Scoop out desired amount and place in a small bowl.  Apply to scalp, massage 2-3 minutes.  Apply a small amount to length of hair. Cover head with plastic cap, wait 45 minutes to 1 hour. Wash out throughly with shampoo/conditioner.  Follow with Stinging Nettle Scalp Tonic.  Repeat treatment 1 - 2 times a week.
