After shampooing, pour the diluted mixture through your wet hair, avoiding contact with your eyes. Massage the Herbal Vinegar into your hair and scalp, allowing it to sit for a couple of minutes before rinsing thoroughly. If desired, you can repeat the process for an even deeper cleanse.

I find that when I use a squeeze bottle I use a lot less vinegar rinse than when I used to just pour it on my head from a measuring cup. I have medium length long, thin hair and one 4 ounce recipe mix will last me for 2 to 3 rinses.
